Privacy & Submission Terms

What we collect. Only what you enter in our forms: your name, email, optional phone and organization, your interests, and your message or idea. We never ask for your home address.

Who can see it. Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized THRIVE administrators. Your name, email, and phone are never published.

Community Vision Map. Suggestions are reviewed before anything appears publicly. Administrators may edit, generalize locations, decline, or remove submissions. A suggested site is a community idea only — it does not mean the property is publicly owned, vacant, available, or approved for development. Do not include private information about property owners or occupants, and only upload photos you took that do not show identifiable people or license plates.

Communications. We only send updates if you opt in, and promotional communications require a separate opt-in. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Young people. Expressing interest never enrolls anyone in a program, and we never publish information about minors.

"Support This Idea." Expressions of support are informal indicators of community interest — not an election, municipal vote, or binding decision. Supporter identities are never displayed.
